First we mechanically clean and grade the spices; then our supervised team checks and sorts them by hand. Dust, unwanted particles, impurities and damaged or deteriorated material are removed before packing. How to use whole bay leaves
Add whole leaves during cooking as your recipe directs and give their aroma time to infuse. Remove the leaves before serving. Tez patta is an aromatic ingredient, so use it alongside the other seasonings in your dish.
