Arabian Farms Return & Refund Policy

At Arabian Farms, we strive to conduct our business according to the teachings of Islam and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. We believe in honesty, fairness, transparency, and treating every customer with respect.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"The buyer and the seller have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted, and if they spoke the truth and made everything clear, they would be blessed in their transaction."
(Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim)

Our Commitment

If we make a mistake, we will correct it fairly and promptly. If a customer has a genuine concern, we will always try to resolve it with kindness and justice.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If the issue is verified, Arabian Farms will gladly provide:

• A replacement product, or

• A full refund, according to your preference.

The return shipping cost for such cases will be borne by Arabian Farms.

Returns

Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products.

Unopened and sealed products may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Our Principle of Fairness

We do not wish to benefit from any customer unfairly. If we are at fault, we will make it right. Likewise, we kindly ask our customers to deal with us honestly and not misuse our return policy.

Allah says in the Qur'an:

"Give full measure and weight with justice."
(Surah Al-An'am 6:152)

Refunds

Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
