Arabian Elite Canola Organic Oil
Product Details
Our double-purified, cold-pressed canola oil โ an extra manual filtration stage on top of our Standard process, for a lighter color and a taste and aroma close to neutral. Built for cooks who want the benefits of unrefined oil without the strong smell typical of cold-pressed oils.
How Double Purification Works
Elite starts from the same cold-pressed Canadian canola base as our Standard oil. A second manual filtration pass then removes more of the natural sediment and compounds responsible for cold-pressed oil's characteristic smell and heavier taste โ no bleaching, no deodorization, no chemical shortcuts. The result: a lighter golden color and a near-neutral taste, ready to cook straight from the bottle.
