DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS\nIf you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.\n\n3. REFUND PROCESS\n- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you\n- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days\n- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method\n\n4.
